2. Provide your invoice
Each invoice period, provide us with your 3PL invoice. We'll process up to 12 previous invoices as part of your first month's onboarding. Sharing additional data, such as forecasts, can be helpful in creating the most valuable tool for you.
3. We’ll analyze
We’ll look at your invoice as well as activity over time to inform the analysis specific to your business. Invoices will be converted into easy-to-read reports looking at KPIs like cost per order and comparing to last month, last quarter and more.
4. We deliver the insights

+ Do you only work within or specialize in certain industries?
We provide services for any company utilizing a 3PL warehouse and selling across any channel - direct to customer, wholesale or via retail stores. Our team has experience that runs the gamut including apparel, personal care, food, and furniture.
+ How many invoices can I send Operations Buddy?
You can send us your monthly or bimonthly invoices, so up to two per month. As part of your initial onboarding, we’ll process up to 12 previous invoices in order to provide additional clarity for you and for us in how your fulfillment costs are trending.
+ Can I send you more than 12 previous invoices?
We’d be happy to look at your business over a greater period of time. Let’s chat how far back you’d like for us to dive in, and we can determine an appropriate fee.
+ How will Operations Buddy know if the invoices are accurate?
Invoices are reviewed for consistency. Any identified anomalies are surfaced directly to you for a peer review. Providing us with additional data such as forecasted and actual volumes will allow us to generate the most accurate and detailed insights and analysis.
+ Do you offer services other than fulfillment invoice analysis?
We offer consulting services focusing on all areas of your operation from inbound shipping and logistics to optimizing your packaging and return processes, and everything in between. We can not only provide you with the information and tools to optimize your operation, but can also execute the work as an alternative to growing your team.
+ Can you help me with 3PL fulfillment search or negotiation?
Yes, let’s chat! Whether you’re considering your first 3PL, adding another to the mix, or are approaching the negotiation step of your RFP process (or renegotiating with your current provider), we’d be happy to explore how we can help. Although this service is provided separate from the Operations Buddy subscription, it is managed and executed by the same team of people.
